REBIRTH
"Rebirth' is an immersive and contemplative performance that explores the profound connections individuals have with their birthplace and the challenges immigrants face in establishing roots in a new environment. The idea of the performance was inspired by the experiences of its creator who, as a refugee, sought a means to connect with a new land, a new home, and a new environment. The immersive experience of the artist enveloped in soil and foliage serves as a metaphor for the transformative power of nature in forging emotional and cultural connections. Recognizing the challenges faced by newcomers in forging connections, 'Rebirth' becomes a reflection of the collective immigrant experience.
